BehaviourAbout Us
Behaviour Connections was created to help families and schools move away from behaviour being seen as something to simply manage, and towards a deeper understanding of what behaviour may be communicating.
Connection Over Correction. Shared understanding. Practical support. The Connections Framework™
Everything we do is anchored in this framework. We help families and schools understand what may be happening, implement practical support, and embed consistent approaches over time.

Who We Are
We understand the pressure on both sides: families trying to be heard, and schools trying to support increasingly complex needs with clarity and consistency.
Behaviour Connections brings together over 10 years of SEND experience and lived understanding of the pressures families and schools face.
Our experience includes ADOS-informed practice, a strong understanding of the EHCP process, and support for a wide range of SEND profiles, including autism, PDA, sensory differences, executive function needs, emotionally based school avoidance and complex communication or regulation needs.
We know how overwhelming systems, meetings and unmet needs can feel for families, and we understand the pressure schools are under when supporting increasingly complex needs.
Too often, families feel unheard and schools feel under pressure. Behaviour Connections exists to bridge that gap by creating shared understanding, clearer communication and more inclusive practice.
We believe behaviour is communication. When children and young people are distressed, avoidant, dysregulated or misunderstood, the starting point is understanding.
Our support is practical, plain-English and connection-led. We help families and schools move from concern to clarity, and from uncertainty to realistic next steps.
We do not believe in support that stays as theory. Whether through training, toolkits, walkthroughs, EHCP guidance or bespoke support, our aim is to help understanding become action.
What We Support
Our work is shaped around shared understanding, inclusive culture and practical support that can be used in real life.
If you are a family, school or professional looking for connection-led SEND support, we would be happy to hear from you.
