School Support
We do not just deliver training and leave. Our school pathway links understanding, practical tools and follow-up action so staff can build inclusive practice with confidence and consistency.
Training builds a shared culture of understanding and gives staff a clear framework for inclusive, connection-led practice. Focus areas can include PDA, understanding demand, sensory profiles, EBSA, executive function and relational responses.
Toolkits can be linked to training or purchased as standalone resources. When bought as part of a package, each training focus has an accompanying toolkit so staff leave with practical resources they can use, revisit and embed.
SEND Walkthroughs help schools review inclusive practice through the lens of The Connections Framework™. They identify strengths, barriers and clear next steps for provision, environment, routines and relational support.
Bespoke support is shaped around your school context and can sit alongside training, toolkits or walkthroughs. It helps schools respond to complex needs with clarity, consistency and practical next steps.
If purchased as a package, the training focus has an accompanying toolkit so the learning does not sit in isolation. Staff leave with a shared understanding and practical resources to support implementation.
